Welcome to the Ennis Town Football Club website! The Ennis Town Football Academy was established by football coaches Declan Farmer & Terry Considine in 2003 and it was the first ever Academy Development Programme in County Clare, Ireland. The Academy meaning ‘School of Learning’ is a development programme designed with a child-centred ethos to ensure that the Child Protection Act is adhered to within a structured football-learning programme appropriate to the age, ability and growth of the player in a safe and fun environment and with the appropriate coaching ratio. In addition to the Academy, we have an energetic Schoolboys/girls section with teams competing in the CSSL and cup matches at Under 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 levels. In September 2009, the club designed a new crest and re-launched as Ennis Town Football Club, thereby signaling the intention to serve the soccer needs for ALL ages.
